I wanted to make her look different than my normal ones, which are normally like dad's hair/mom's skin and vice versa for the other siblings.

This way she looks similar to Lone Dj and Treble Clef, but still has similarities to Perfect Note.

Fun Fact: Storm Cloud often babysits her when Lone Dj is at a gig and her parents are at a concert. (She knows that J likes Storm, and Harmony doesn't understand why Storm doesn't like him. It brings up some awkward moments for Storm Cloud)
A little more info: Harmony's parents despise that she wants to be a Dj or singer like Lone Dj, and they blame it all on him.
